Job Summary
Lead and coordinate resettlement and integration services for refugees and immigrant families within the Services for New Americans program. Responsibilities include supporting case management staff, volunteers, and interns; coordinating services, resources, and partnerships; assisting families with housing, transportation, benefits, and employment; collaborating with local agencies and landlords; monitoring program outcomes and service delivery; providing direct support as needed. Encourages bilingual candidates and individuals with lived experience similar to the served populations. On-site roles based in Concord and Manchester, NH with local travel within the community.
Required Qualifications
