Job Summary
Supports recruitment activities, coordinates the new employee process to ensure documents and records are accurately completed, maintains information systems and generates reports, and conducts process-improvement projects within Essentia Health’s Talent Acquisition team. The role requires an Associates degree or 2 years of professional office experience, strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office. The position is hybrid—predominantly remote with a weekly onsite onboarding requirement in Virginia, Minnesota (onsite every Monday). Post-offer screenings, health-system compliance with policies/regulations, and a collaborative approach to talent management are emphasized.
