Job Summary
Represent employers in employment litigation matters in state and federal courts, managing cases through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and advise clients on compliance and risk management. Attend hearings and mediations while developing litigation strategies and collaborating with attorneys across practice groups. Requires an active Pennsylvania Bar license and two years of litigation experience. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $170,000 annually. Located in Exton, Pennsylvania, with primarily on-site hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of employment litigation experience
