Job Summary
Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution, including analyzing claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal memoranda while taking and defending depositions. Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations, then appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings. Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court while collaborating with attorneys and support staff to advance cases efficiently. Requires active California Bar admission and at least 4 years of employment law litigation experience.
