Job Summary

Employment Litigation Attorney handles a full caseload of employment disputes from inception through trial, represents clients in state and federal courts, and handles wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-hour disputes. The role requires drafting and arguing motions (including dispositive motions and summary judgment), conducting discovery and depositions, developing case strategy, providing litigation risk assessments, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with internal teams while owning case outcomes. 3+ years of employment litigation experience, strong motion practice and deposition experience, excellent writing/research/oral advocacy, and Colorado licensure are required. The position offers hybrid/remote options with notable courtroom presence and the opportunity to manage cases end-to-end from intake through resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed attorney in the state of Colorado (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Proven experience managing cases independently and appearing in court
  • Strong motion practice and deposition experience
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
