Seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience in Florida. Responsibilities include advising employers on labor law compliance and representing them in employment litigation. Requires an active FL State Bar License and Juris Doctor degree.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience
- Experience handling employment law matters, including wage and hour issues, workplace safety, restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, and/or employee separations
- Experience with EEOC claims and FMLA
- Active State Bar license in Florida
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
