Job Summary
Handle all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work. Represent clients in court and administrative hearings, such as the Public Employment Relations Board, while engaging directly with clients for investigations and strategy development. Participate in high-impact cases involving state and federal constitutional and statutory law, specifically litigating cutting-edge legal issues in public sector law and appeals. Requires four to ten years of litigation experience and strong academic credentials. This mission-driven law firm advocates for and defends public entities.
Required Qualifications
