Job Summary
Traditional Labor Associate with 2–5 years of traditional labor law experience. Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations; advise on contract interpretation and labor-management relations; defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB; draft and revise labor contracts and grievance responses; handle employment litigation matters as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of traditional labor law experience
- Experience in collective bargaining, contract administration, and arbitration
- Familiarity with unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the Oregon Bar is required
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
