Job Summary
Employment Counsel – Litigation Specialist sought to represent employers in employment-related litigation in San Diego, handling discrimination, harassment, wage-hour disputes, and other complex matters from pre-trial through appellate proceedings. Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, engage in mediation and settlement negotiations, and develop legal strategies aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and outcomes. Requires JD, active California State Bar membership, and 4+ years of employment-law litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on litigation, research, writing, and client service.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
- 4+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on litigation
