Job Summary
Defend and litigate employment-related claims in courts and before administrative agencies, including class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, employment tort, and non-compete matters. Advise employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations. Requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, 2+ years of litigation experience with an employment law focus, and active Texas bar admission or ability to obtain quickly. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and solid organizational, time management, and project management capabilities. Demonstrated professionalism, collegiality, teamwork, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- employment law background strongly preferred
- Active Texas bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
