Job Summary
Employment Litigation Associate in Miami focusing on defending and litigating employment-related claims, advising employers on labor-law issues, and representing clients in court, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Requires JD from an ABA-accredited school, Florida Bar in good standing, 5+ years of experience in employment law and/or commercial litigation, strong written and oral communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence in Miami.
