Job Summary
Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to handle matters from pleadings to trial, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. Work closely with clients on day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, including drafting/revising handbooks and training. Requires 3+ years of employment litigation experience, Colorado Bar admission, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Excellent writing and analytical skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. Hybrid work arrangement in Denver, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.
