Job Summary
Employment Lawyer for a plaintiff-side employment practice. The first litigators will grow the practice, take cases from intake through trial or settlement, mentor associates, and be eligible for favorable draw, equity, and bonus packages. Flexible geography with offices in multiple US locations and remote work options; compensation includes a guaranteed draw with contingency participation targeting $250k+ all-in. Active bar in any US jurisdiction required; 3+ years of relevant employment litigation experience preferred (2 years may be considered for the right candidate). The role emphasizes independence, courtroom readiness, and building out the firm with back-office support and scalable resources.
Required Qualifications
- Active bar in any US jurisdiction
- 3+ years preferred; will consider 2 years for the right candidate
- Plaintiff employment litigator with experience in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage & hour
- Ability to take a case from intake through trial or settlement without hand-holding
