Employment Law Specialist - FT - Day Shift

Supervise and assist with the administration of labor and employee relations at Erie County Medical Center Corporation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Conduct investigations and represent the organization in legal matters, including grievances, arbitrations, and disputes involving harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence. Advise management on proper employee relations practices, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws while serving as a liaison to union representatives. Assist in developing policies, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and preside over labor-management meetings. Train staff on labor and employee relations administration and maintain knowledge of industry trends and legislation.
