Employment Law Paralegal - Director

Assist attorneys with employment law matters, including employee relations issues, internal investigations, litigation, and regulatory inquiries. Prepare employment-related documentation, including litigation materials and responses to administrative charges, and support maintenance of related records. Collect, organize, and preserve documents and data in connection with internal investigations, litigation, and regulatory requests. Assist in managing employment litigation and arbitration matters, including tracking and making progress to meet multiple deadlines while coordinating with inside and outside counsel. Support responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations, in coordination with Compliance and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain matter management systems, including tracking document requests, deadlines, and overall case status. Compile and maintain reports and trackers relating to investigations, litigation, and employment-related matters. Assist with preparation of materials and reporting for internal and external meetings related to investigations, litigation and regulatory matters and to enhance the efficiency of the team. Provide support on ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, HR, and Compliance.
