Job Summary
Deliver excellent service to a portfolio of clients through face-to-face meetings, video, telephone, and email channels using a proactive contact strategy. Understand client needs to provide commercial and profitable advice while encouraging adoption of digital and self-service channels. Grow new business through referrals, networking, and relationship building with internal and external networks. Collaborate with the Consultancy Delivery team to ensure services meet customer expectations and timescales. Proactively manage client retention and renewal pricing conversations, maintaining an up-to-date contact strategy plan to achieve agreed income goals. Support colleagues with complex technical issues. Work remotely with a 35-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- professional qualifications in Employment Law or HR
- CIPD level 5
- extensive experience in a role relating to employment law, employment relations or HR
- background in dealing with the provision of advice for complex matters
- extensive experience of identifying customer needs, identifying risks and prioritising recommendations
- ability to identify and lead business solutions, bespoke service offerings to customers and provide commercial price quotes
- Excellent time management skills
- flexible approach to serve customers at times that meet their needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
