Employment Law Attorney

Employment Law Attorney to join Morgan & Morgan’s Employment Law department in the Tampa/St. Petersburg metro area. Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigation, drafting and filing litigation documents (pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, memoranda), guiding clients through the case process, coordinating with expert witnesses (reports and affidavits), and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Qualifications include a law degree (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active State Bar membership; wage-and-hour experience is a plus; must manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation work; must demonstrate excellent client service and communication skills; self-starter with long-term career goals.
