Job Summary
Conduct legal research and analysis on various employment law issues while preparing and drafting documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Represent clients in proceedings spanning mediations, examinations, pre-trial, and trials, and negotiate on their behalf at all litigation stages. Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance while providing direct advice and guidance to clients. Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and manage multiple files independently or as part of an experienced team.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years' post-call experience
- demonstrated knowledge and interest in employment law
- demonstrated knowledge and interest in litigation
- strong research and analytical skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
