Employment Law and Litigation Associate (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Conduct legal research and analysis on various employment law and litigation issues, including banking and financial services matters. Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Represent clients in proceedings including mediations, examinations, pre-trial, and trials. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients while reviewing and analyzing documents for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and handle files independently or as a team member. Requires minimum four years of post-call experience with strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills. Hybrid schedule with salary commensurate with experience.
