Job Summary
Provide personalized career coaching, hands-on case management, and barrier-reduction support to participants in the TANF/Choices NCP Program, guiding them from intake through employment success. Design tailored Individual Employment Plans, deliver job readiness services such as resume building and interview preparation, and connect clients to training and essential community resources. Coordinate supportive services like transportation and legal referrals while partnering with the Office of the Attorney General, Texas Workforce Commission, and community organizations to help participants meet child support obligations and build sustainable careers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- at least six months of experience
