Job Summary
Provide personalized career coaching, hands-on case management, and barrier-reduction support to participants in the TANF/Choices NCP Program. Design tailored Individual Employment Plans and deliver job readiness services, including resume building and interview preparation. Connect clients to training and essential community resources while coordinating supportive services like transportation and legal referrals. Partner closely with the Office of the Attorney General, Texas Workforce Commission, and community organizations to help participants meet child support obligations and build sustainable careers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- at least six months of experience
- transferrable skills
- college credit
- experience working at Workforce Solutions
- recommendation from current or most recent supervisor
- Experience with career management strategies
