Job Summary
Conduct Employment Equity compliance planning, implementation, and record-keeping for clients, ensuring adherence to legislation and submission of EEA2 and EEA4 reports. Develop Employment Equity plans, analyze numerical and non-numerical goals, and resolve barriers to compliance while managing service delivery schedules and client document uploads. Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal staff to facilitate referrals, ensure 100% client retention, and deliver excellent service that drives introductions to new business opportunities. Manage own diary, consulting schedule, and competency development through self-assessment and training activities.
Required Qualifications
- National diploma/ BA /BCom Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Business Management / Financial Management or related field
- Customer-first mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the service industry (delivery of services to other businesses or business units)
- Experience with EEA2/EEA4 Submissions
- Experience with Policy drafting and Implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
