Job Summary
The Employment Counselor will build relationships and assist diverse individuals and families in job search and career exploration, conduct one-to-one career exploration and assessments, create employment plans, coordinate internal and external resources, provide Work Readiness Training, and maintain documentation and confidentiality while delivering coaching and employment counseling in a hybrid Bloomington-based program.
Required Qualifications
- One - three years’ relevant experience
- Education may substitute for experience
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Skill in counseling/coaching techniques
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, databases)
