Job Summary
Oversee employment law across the U.S. and global markets by advising on complex matters, investigations, performance management, recruiting, compensation, and wage and hour issues. Partner with HR leaders and business teams to deliver commercial, risk-based guidance on high-risk litigation, workforce restructuring, and regulatory concerns. Manage dispute matters across international jurisdictions, create frameworks for evaluating legal claims, and collaborate on equity award compliance. Lead cross-functional projects to enhance employment law compliance while balancing a large volume of work through effective prioritization. Report to the Head of Global Employment Law and support senior leadership on strategic business guidance.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. with New York Bar admission
- 5+ years of combined experience in Big Law and an in-house legal department
- significant experience advising on U.S. federal and multi-state employment law matters
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Canadian or EMEA or APAC employment law
