Employment Counsel

Advise on employment law issues including hiring practices, contracts, terminations, benefits, policies, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. Manage disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed. Develop internal policies, deliver training to HR and management teams, and track legislative changes for business impact. Handle cross-border matters, expatriate arrangements, and worker classification in gig-economy contexts. Work closely with HR, compliance, and operations teams to support business objectives.
