Job Summary
The Employment Coordinator will teach the program curriculum, recruit and enroll participants, and manage measurement tools for a workforce-readiness program serving youth experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, delivering lessons, conducting weekly reports and pre/post assessments, transporting participants in a 15-passenger van (CDL not required), representing the program to community partners, maintaining a safe trauma-informed learning environment, collaborating with case managers, and participating in staff meetings and professional development. Requires strong public speaking and organizational skills, comfort adapting to diverse learning styles, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. Position is full-time, hybrid in the Oklahoma City metro (roughly 90% on-site, 10% remote), hours 8:30am–4:30pm, with salary $20.00–$22.00/hour and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience teaching, training, or facilitating hands-on learning experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
