Employment Consultant for the Refugee & Disability Employment Program (IEA). Frontline, participant-centered role delivering holistic employment services across flexible and intensive streams, collaborating with Refugee Disability Employment Advocate, Community Advocates, and Post Placement Support teams. Responsibilities include one-on-one and group-based support, connecting participants to training and interventions, coordinating with employers for tailored opportunities via reverse marketing and job carving, ensuring mutual obligations compliance, and empowering participants to achieve sustainable employment outcomes. Based in Chermside, with an expectation to work in Upper Mt Gravatt one day per week.
