Job Summary
Employment Consultant role delivering participant-centered, holistic employment services within the Inclusive Employment Australia program. Frontline position collaborating with Refugee Disability Employment Advocates and Support teams to identify employment goals, support participants to overcome barriers, and secure sustainable employment outcomes. Operates across flexible and intensive service delivery streams, ensures mutual obligations compliance, engages in reverse marketing and job carving with employers, and provides one-on-one and group-based support, connecting participants to training and ongoing coaching to boost workforce readiness and meaningful, long-term employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Hold qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or related fields (highly regarded)
