Job Summary
Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers by actively engaging with work-ready individuals to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers. Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready through strong problem-solving skills and resilience. Create and deliver engaging group sessions aimed at motivating participants and providing them with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce. Apply these skills to maximize employment outcomes while contributing to a high-performing team within a tough but rewarding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in case management
- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployed
- Confident and trustworthy self-starter
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- A current Working with Children Check
- A mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in facilitating group training and information sessions
- Experience in retail, recruitment or similar fast paced results focused service environments
