Job Summary
Conduct outreach services to regional NSW, including Harden, Boorowa, Cooma, Bibbenluke, Bombala, Jindabyne, and Berridale, while alternating schedules and maintaining a presence at the Queanbeyan office. Provide face-to-face support to job seekers who face transport barriers, utilizing a van and current driver's license for all client interactions. Deliver mentoring and assistance to individuals seeking employment, ensuring successful placement outcomes within the Australian Government's Employment Services network.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and trustworthy self-starter
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Current driver's license
- Ability to drive a van
- Current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent
- Successful completion of a Working with Children Check
- Mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
