Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by exploring personal interests to discover career goals, assisting with applying and interviewing, securing transportation, and facilitating on-site task completion. Foster positive relationships through excellent communication while utilizing problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. This role requires an 18-year-old with a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and completed First Aid/CPR training. Drug test, background report, driving record, and TB test are required. Schedule varies based on supported individuals.
