Job Summary
Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers, engage with work-ready job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, identify and address barriers to employment, create and deliver engaging group sessions to motivate participants, provide tools and confidence to enter the workforce, and apply problem-solving to maximise employment outcomes. Requires strong communication/interpersonal skills, experience in case management, ability to overcome objections, group-training facilitation, MS Office proficiency, and compliance checks (Working with Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check).
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in case management
- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers for unemployed individuals
- Experience in facilitating group training and information sessions
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Working with Children Check or state equivalent is mandatory
- Mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
