Employment Consultant- Mawson

Employment Consultant at The Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus) based in Mawson, ACT. Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers within the Workforce Australia program, actively engage with work-ready job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers, and clearly identify and address barriers preventing job readiness. Provide participants with tools and confidence to enter the workforce, applying strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills; you are a confident, trustworthy self-starter who thrives on meaningful results and adapting to a changing environment. Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets; computer skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.
