Employment Consultant- Humanitarian - Craigieburn

Manage the program setup and delivery of the EPlus Local Humanitarian Employment program in Craigieburn with potential travel to Epping and Preston. Deliver personalised case management, career coaching and mentoring to participants (migrant, refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds), prepare groups of candidates for local vacancies, deliver group training to improve communication and employability, facilitate job search activities with volunteers, and actively broker jobs with local employers. Build relationships with community stakeholders and allied providers (e.g., Workforce Australia, DES, SRSS) to coordinate services and leverage resources. Maintain regular participant contact with weekly post-placement support for at least 12 weeks, supervise initial assessments and referrals, and collaborate with Salvation Army staff to ensure access to wider services.
