Provide culturally safe and holistic employment services to participants to help overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment. Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups; develop tailored plans to create culturally safe pathways to employment; empower participants by developing their employability skills; deliver a quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current probationary or open Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a National Police check
- Willing to obtain a MyID
- Ability to pass a Working with Children check
