Employment Consultant to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants with culturally safe, holistic services that help overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment. You will build relationships with local employers and community groups, develop tailored plans to create meaningful employment pathways, empower participants by enhancing employability skills, and deliver a quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
