Job Summary
Provide and arrange customised support to a diverse caseload of job seekers, including developing personalised job plans, resumes, and career guidance. Build positive relationships with potential employers to broker suitable roles and refer candidates to training and support services. Prepare job seekers for interviews and offer ongoing workplace support after placement. This full-time, onsite role requires Monday to Friday hours and adherence to strict information security and privacy standards. Bi-lingual applicants speaking Arabic, Assyrian, Vietnamese, Cantonese, or Mandarin are highly regarded. Required Qualifications
- Share our commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
- Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
- Possess good administrative and computer skills
- Have experience working to deadlines and/or KPIs
- Pass a Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Be able to work full-time hours onsite, Monday to Friday
