Job Summary
Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers at the Boronia site, actively engaging with 'work ready' participants to secure sustainable employment outcomes. Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready, providing them with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce through reverse marketing to employers. Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes while working within the Workforce Australia program. This part-time role offers an attractive remuneration package including NFP salary packaging and meal benefits, alongside a 9-day fortnight schedule. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and experience exceeding business KPIs, with a mandatory Working with Children Check required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and trustworthy self-starter
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- A current Working with Children Check
- A police check

- Industry experience in customer facing backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
