Job Summary
Support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment by identifying their unique employment matches. Help individuals overcome obstacles, build confidence, and develop creative solutions to employment challenges. Act as an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments while forming partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion. Celebrate milestones with participants and stakeholders to ensure every person has the tools and support for success. This Full-Time role at our Bondi Junction site requires a current driver's licence, a MyGovID, and availability from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
