Job Summary
Support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment. Help individuals identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and build confidence to secure new roles. Provide creative solutions to employment challenges and advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments. Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion to ensure everyone has the chance to succeed. Work full-time Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in another industries or roles like sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
