Job Summary
Support participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment by identifying individual employment matches. Build stakeholder relationships through reverse marketing and cold calling to sell participants' skills to employers. Help clients overcome obstacles, see their strengths, and celebrate milestones with renewed purpose. Provide creative solutions to employment challenges and advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments. Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion. Work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm at the Logan Central, QLD site.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
