Job Summary
Support participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment by identifying individual employment matches and overcoming obstacles. Provide creative solutions to employment challenges, advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments, and build lasting partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion. Help participants see their strengths and take on new roles with renewed purpose while celebrating their successes. Available to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in another industries or roles like sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
