Job Summary
Support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment by spotting talent and building lasting connections with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion. Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, help individuals see their strengths, and advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments. Form partnerships with employers to ensure every participant has the tools and support for success, celebrating milestones along the way. Available full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
