Job Summary
Employment Consultant role at Bendigo, VIC within the Workforce Australia Program. You will support participants to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment, boost their confidence, and provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges. You’ll advocate for inclusive hiring practices, build lasting connections with partner companies, and celebrate participant successes. The position emphasizes breaking barriers, opportunity creation, growth opportunities through ongoing training, and a supportive, inclusive team environment. Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Funded Certificate IV in Community Services or Mental Health Peer Support (eligibility criteria applies)
