Employment Consultant

Employment Consultant role based in South Taranaki (Stratford and Hāwera) focusing on meeting referred jobseekers, building connections with employers and training providers, and guiding clients toward work-first pathways and upskilling opportunities. Key duties include engaging with jobseekers to understand goals and strengths, liaising with training providers for short course certification, and developing opportunities with government and industry partners to help clients achieve financial independence. Requires a current full NZ driver’s licence and willingness to use company vehicle for business and personal use; strong customer service, recruitment, sales, or social services background encouraged; entrepreneurial, self-driven, resilient mindset; ability to attach CV and cover letter and apply by 3 July 2026.
