Job Summary
Employment Consultant at APM Castlemaine VIC site within the Workforce Australia Program. Responsible for supporting participants to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment, building lasting connections with employers, stakeholders and communities, advocating for inclusive hiring practices, and delivering creative solutions to overcome employment barriers. The role involves helping participants see their strengths, boost confidence, and navigate education or employment pathways, while forming partnerships with companies that value diversity and inclusion, and contributing to a supportive team environment with opportunities for training and career development.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
