You will support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; advocate for inclusive hiring practices; build partnerships with companies to create opportunities; provide creative solutions to overcome employment barriers; empower participants to recognize their strengths and pursue meaningful roles; celebrate successful placements and progress with participants.
