Employment & Compliance Counsel @ Human Interest

Serve as primary legal advisor to the People Team on hiring, performance management, terminations, and sensitive employee matters. Provide proactive counsel on employment law compliance, with particular depth advising on non-exempt employee populations, while supporting internal investigations, policy development, and employment documentation. Deliver broad legal support across the business, including regulatory investigations, privacy and information security matters, litigation support, and contract review. Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for business stakeholders within a regulated fintech environment.
