Job Summary
As an Employment Coach, you will support those referred to the Twin Restart Programme, offering motivational guidance to build strong, positive relationships and help clients achieve their career goals. You will manage a caseload, deliver tailored job-search and interview preparation support, assess client needs with a range of tools, co-create SMART action plans, provide digital-literacy guidance for guided self-service learning and online vacancies, source opportunities through local labour market knowledge, and build relationships with local stakeholders to maximise opportunities. The role emphasizes target-driven performance, exceptional customer service, resilience, problem-solving, and safeguarding/compliance with DBS procedures; it requires working in the UK and contributing to equality and diversity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an advisory or employability-focused role is essential.
- The successful candidate must be able to work in the UK.
