Employment Coach - Part Time Evenings/Weekends

Job Summary
Provide individualized coaching and training to participants with diverse abilities across various settings, focusing on job-specific and soft skills to meet employment standards. Collaborate with Case Managers and supervisors to identify participant strengths and needs, utilizing person-centered approaches to determine effective training methods. Monitor and document participant performance and behavior, ensuring all required records and case notes are completed accurately. Orient participants at new training sites and ensure compliance with site policies and safety guidelines. Participate in accrediting, licensing, and funding audit meetings as required. Maintain confidentiality and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required to travel to multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule
- Sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in varying settings
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift, carry, push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of experience working with individuals with barriers
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
